Varza

The Business Operating System

  • Speaks with you in your own language.
  • You can communicate with it by voice or text.
  • It stays aware of every aspect and detail of your business and monitors them around the clock.
  • It always keeps you informed with the latest information.
  • It knows the rules the work is done under — accounting standards, banking, trade, tax and company law, international and local — and keeps learning them as they change.
  • It has deep working knowledge of accounting, finance, banking, sales, purchasing, inventory and costing: the concepts behind the fields, not only the fields.

How Varza is secured

14 subsystems

One ledger underneath, and the whole business on top of it. Every subsystem posts into the same accounts, so a sales invoice, a project cost and a payroll run are three views of one set of books.

Multi-Asset Treasury Management

Varza Treasury goes beyond traditional cash and bank management. Manage fiat currencies, gold, cryptocurrencies and other financial assets within one integrated accounting system — with accurate valuation, transaction tracking and multi-currency financial reporting.

Varza is layered, not bolted together. Every business event lands in the ledger with a traceable document behind it — and everything above that layer reads from the same numbers.

Varza Ⅰ

Not a chatbot. A financial interface over your own ledger.

Varza Ⅰ reads the data you have authorised, answers in the language you work in, shows where every number came from, and stops at a preview until a human approves.

Show me overdue receivables, explain why cash flow dropped this month, and prepare the accounting entries I should review.

Reading authorised ledgers

Overdue receivables — 6 customers, 412,350 USD

Cash flow fell 3.4% against last month. The largest single factor is 186,400 USD of receivables that passed their due date in the second week, against supplier settlements paid 11 days earlier than the prior cycle.

Financial posting and destructive actions always require explicit authorisation according to role and policy.

  • Financial Q&A

“What is my cash position?” · “Who owes us the most?” · “Which supplier bills are due next week?”

  • Accounting assistance

Explain journal entries, suggest account selection, prepare draft entries and review posting consistency.

  • Operations assistance

Find invoices and counterparties, summarise sales, analyse inventory and project profitability.

  • Reporting

Generate a report view, explain its values, compare periods and translate financial language into plain language.

  • Advisory context

Explain financial implications and provide country-aware tax and business context with an as-of date.

  • Explainability

Jurisdiction, topic, effective date, data used and recommended human review — surfaced with the answer.

Voice

Speak to your accounting system as naturally as you speak to an accountant.

Voice is a way in, not a shortcut past control. Varza transcribes what you said, shows you the transcription, and still requires confirmation before anything is posted.

Speech is never an authorisation. High-impact actions show the transcription and require explicit confirmation.

Country-aware knowledge

Accounting is local. So is the knowledge behind the answers.

Varza maintains country-aware accounting, tax, business and commercial knowledge packs that are versioned and updated as rules change. Answers that depend on a jurisdiction carry the jurisdiction and the date the knowledge was reviewed.

Regulations change and may depend on facts specific to your business. Varza does not file with any government authority on your behalf unless that integration is explicitly enabled. Confirm material filing, legal and tax decisions with a qualified professional.

Module explorer

Start where your work starts.

Each module page explains the business problem, what Varza does about it, the reports you get and how Varza Ⅰ helps.

Security & isolation

Built for financial data, described in concrete terms.

We describe what the platform does rather than making absolute claims. Where a capability is staged, the product pages say so.

  • Strong authentication

Sign-in is owned by the Varza identity service. The website never stores a second copy of your credentials.

  • Multi-factor authentication

MFA enrolment, challenge and recovery are handled by the identity service with policy-driven enforcement.

  • Tenant isolation

Every query is scoped to a tenant. The public website has no access path into tenant financial data.

  • Permission-based access

Roles and permissions gate every module, report and action — including anything Varza Ⅰ can reach.

  • Encryption in transit

All traffic is served over TLS with strict transport security and modern response headers.

  • Secure session design

Sessions are short-lived and revocable, with device visibility and explicit sign-out everywhere.

  • Audit trails

Financial documents and approvals carry a history of who did what, and when, where the module implements it.

  • Controlled AI access

Varza Ⅰ reads only what the signed-in user is already permitted to read, and cannot post without approval.

No system is “100% secure”. Report a security concern and we will respond.
