Varza

One intelligence layer across the entire business

Varza

The intelligence that knows your business.

Varza Ⅰ is not a generic chatbot placed beside an ERP. It is the intelligence layer of Varza: aware of the system, the business, the industry, the financial context and the market environment around it.

How voice works

What Varza Ⅰ does

  • It understands the whole system

Varza Ⅰ can work across accounting, sales, purchasing, customers, suppliers, inventory, banking, treasury, projects, services, cost, pricing, workforce, commissions, assets, portfolio, payments, reports and documents. It does not answer from one isolated screen.

  • It knows your business and industry

With authorized access, Varza Ⅰ understands live balances, transactions, projects, obligations, inventory, customers, suppliers, people and performance. The selected Business Experience adds industry terminology, workflows, calculations and operating knowledge.

  • It is country-aware

Current knowledge coverage includes the United States, Canada, the United Arab Emirates and Iran. Varza Ⅰ can use structured knowledge about accounting, tax, commerce, financial regulation and business-relevant legal, civil and criminal concepts to support better-informed decisions and workflows.

  • It stays aware 24/7

Varza Ⅰ can monitor several areas at the same time, detect exceptions and bring attention to what matters: overdue receivables, upcoming payments, cash pressure, low inventory, project overruns, margin deterioration, contract deadlines, unusual activity or changing market exposure.

  • It advises, alerts and reports

Ask a question or let Varza Ⅰ work proactively. It can explain financial results, prepare daily and weekly briefings, compare periods, identify risks and opportunities, create reports, suggest next actions and show the source information behind the answer.

  • It understands markets and news

Varza Ⅰ digests financial, commercial and economic news in English, German, Persian and Arabic, connects it with live market data and a knowledge graph, then relates the result to your industry, costs, treasury, purchasing, pricing, projects or portfolio.

  • It can act across modules

Within owner-defined roles and permissions, Varza Ⅰ can prepare invoices, journals, reports, reminders, approvals and other workflows; coordinate actions across several modules; and execute approved routines. High-impact actions can require preview, confirmation or manager approval.

  • You can talk naturally

Use text or full two-way voice conversations in English, German, Persian and Arabic. Premium speech models create a natural experience, while the local browser command layer can handle fast routine navigation and data-entry commands with additional privacy.

  • It is explainable and auditable

Important conclusions can link to transactions, documents, reports, formulas, assumptions, jurisdiction and effective date. AI-generated or AI-initiated work is controlled by the same permissions, approvals and audit rules as other Varza actions.

Varza Ⅰ

Not a chatbot. A financial interface over your own ledger.

Varza Ⅰ reads the data you have authorised, answers in the language you work in, shows where every number came from, and stops at a preview until a human approves.

Show me overdue receivables, explain why cash flow dropped this month, and prepare the accounting entries I should review.

Reading authorised ledgers

Overdue receivables — 6 customers, 412,350 USD

Cash flow fell 3.4% against last month. The largest single factor is 186,400 USD of receivables that passed their due date in the second week, against supplier settlements paid 11 days earlier than the prior cycle.

  • Accounting assistance

Explain journal entries, suggest account selection, prepare draft entries and review posting consistency.

  • Operations assistance

Find invoices and counterparties, summarise sales, analyse inventory and project profitability.

  • Reporting

Generate a report view, explain its values, compare periods and translate financial language into plain language.

  • Advisory context

Explain financial implications and provide country-aware tax and business context with an as-of date.

  • Explainability

Jurisdiction, topic, effective date, data used and recommended human review — surfaced with the answer.

What it can and cannot reach

It reads what you can read

The same roles and permissions that gate a module or a report gate Varza Ⅰ. There is no separate, wider access path.

It stays inside your tenant

Financial context comes from your workspace only. Nothing from another tenant is visible, and nothing leaves yours to answer a question.

It prepares, it does not post

Draft entries and documents are prepared for review. Posting and destructive actions require explicit authorisation according to role and policy.

It shows its sources

Answers carry the ledgers and documents they were grounded in, and jurisdictional answers carry the date the knowledge was reviewed.

It listens, too.

Ask by voice in English, German, Persian or Arabic. Varza shows the transcription and still requires confirmation before anything is posted.

How voice works

Trust and professional boundaries

Varza Ⅰ supports analysis, explanation, decision support and controlled execution. It does not guarantee future market outcomes and should not be presented as a replacement for licensed legal, tax, accounting or regulatory professionals. The user remains in control of permissions, approvals and high-impact actions.

Ask. Understand. Decide. Get it done.

See it against your own numbers.

Create a workspace, import a chart of accounts and post a document. The ledger underneath is the same one that will carry you at ten times the size.
