This notice covers varzaone.com, the public website. Personal data processed inside a Varza workspace is handled under the agreement with the organisation that owns that workspace.
What this website collects
Your language preference, stored in a cookie so a chosen language is never overridden later.
Your appearance preference (light, dark or system), stored locally in your browser.
A referral code, where you arrived through a partner link, so the referral can be attributed.
If you join the waitlist: your full name, work email, organisation name, role, industry, team size, how you found us and, where selected, the plan you are interested in.
Standard server logs, which include an IP address and are retained for a limited period for security and abuse prevention. Authentication, invitation, referral, waitlist and support-ticket request targets are excluded from edge access logs.
Aggregate usage measurement through Google Analytics on public content pages — which pages are opened, in which language and from which broad region — recorded against a randomly generated identifier rather than against you. Authentication, invitation, referral, waitlist and support-ticket pages are not measured, and URL query strings are not sent.
On authentication forms and when a waitlist request is submitted, Google reCAPTCHA processes browser and network security signals and may use security cookies to distinguish legitimate use from automated abuse. It is used here only for security and abuse prevention.
Waitlist requests
We use waitlist information to review your request, understand fit and capacity, and contact you about availability or access. Joining the waitlist does not create an account or guarantee access.
If you choose to continue with Google, Google supplies your verified name and email after you consent so we can prefill and verify the request. This does not sign you in, register you or create a Varza account.
What this website does not do
It sends sign-in, registration, MFA and recovery requests directly to the Varza identity service over an encrypted connection. The website does not persist passwords or one-time codes; it removes bearer values from the address bar after capture, and private route targets are excluded from edge access logs.
It holds no tenant financial data and has no access path into a workspace.
It does not sell personal data.
Workspace data
Data you enter into a Varza workspace is processed on behalf of the organisation that owns it, under that organisation’s agreement with Varza and its own retention decisions.
Your rights and contact
Depending on where you are, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability or objection. For website data, write to privacy@varzaone.com. For workspace data, contact the organisation that owns the workspace, which can raise it with us.
