VII Identity & Financial Network

One identity across businesses. Separate books inside each of them.

One identity across personal, family, business, worker, merchant and investor contexts. VII connects customers, suppliers, employees, contractors, agents, shareholders and other relationships while preserving privacy, roles and permissions.

What a VII identity can represent

VII is a persistent financial and organisational identity, not merely a login. One identity can stand for any of these, and a person can hold more than one.

  • Person
  • Organization
  • Business
  • Family
  • Legal entity
  • Merchant
  • Investment vehicle
  • Private fund

One identity, many contexts

One person can switch between contexts without a separate login for every financial role. The context is what decides which side of their financial life is on screen.

  • Personal
  • Family
  • Business A
  • Business B
  • Employer relationship
  • Merchant
  • Investment portfolio
  • Private company
  • Holding or fund

The active context controls

  • Data
  • Permissions
  • Balances
  • Reports
  • AI context
  • Allowed actions

Key concepts

One network identity

A person or an organisation holds a single VII identity, regardless of how many tenants they deal with.

A relationship per tenant

Each tenant defines its own relationship — customer, supplier, contractor, service provider — with its own records.

Permissions per relationship

What a relationship can see is decided by the tenant that owns the data, not by the identity holder.

Sharing is explicit

Nothing crosses a tenant boundary without a consented, auditable sharing decision.

History is auditable

Relationship changes, consents and shared documents carry a record of who did what, and when.

Removal is possible

A relationship can be ended. The tenant keeps its own accounting records, as its retention obligations require.

The relationships it can carry

Varza does not force one person into one category. A single VII identity can hold several simultaneous relationships with the same tenant.

  • CustomerSupplier
  • CompanyEmployee
  • CompanyContractor
  • CompanySales agent
  • CompanyReseller
  • CompanyShareholder
  • CompanyInvestor
  • LenderBorrower
  • FamilyMember
  • MerchantCustomer
  • BusinessAccountant
  • BusinessAuditor

When both sides are on Varza

When both parties participate, a workflow stops being two disconnected copies of the same paperwork. This is the step from isolated ERP software to a financial network.

  1. 1Company A issues an invoice
  2. 2Company B receives it
  3. 3Company B approves it
  4. 4Payment happens
  5. 5Company A receives payment
  6. 6Both records update
  7. 7Both accounting environments reconcile

What can be connected

  • Connected invoices
  • Connected payments
  • Connected accounting
  • Connected contracts
  • Connected ownership
  • Connected businesses
  • Shared counterparty documents

Permissions and delegated access

An identity can delegate access instead of handing over a password. Delegation is a role with a scope, and it can be withdrawn.

  • Accountant
  • Spouse or family manager
  • Employee
  • Finance manager
  • Auditor
  • Advisor
  • Investment manager
  • Business administrator

What delegation covers

  • Memberships and roles
  • Fine-grained permissions
  • Delegated and organisation access
  • Tenant context switching
  • Shared financial views and documents
  • Trusted devices and security status

Privacy boundaries stay explicit across personal, family, business and investment contexts. A context does not leak into the one beside it.

Where it helps

  • A supplier who is also a customer, without two disconnected records of the same counterparty.
  • A contractor working with several businesses on the platform, each settling separately.
  • An accountant carrying one identity across the client tenants they are invited into.
  • A group of related entities that trade with each other and still close their books independently.

What VII is not

  • A bank account
  • A government identity
  • A universal KYC identity
  • A cryptocurrency
  • A regulated payment account
  • A credit score

See it against your own numbers.

Create a workspace, import a chart of accounts and post a document. The ledger underneath is the same one that will carry you at ten times the size.
