Company profile, base currency, fiscal year and the users who will work in it.
A workspace is a tenant: it owns its own chart of accounts, documents, users and permissions. Nothing crosses between tenants except through an explicit VII relationship.
Three decisions are hard to change later — the base currency, the fiscal year start, and whether you report on a Gregorian or Solar Hijri calendar. Everything else can be adjusted as you go.
Add users with the narrowest role that lets them work. Roles gate modules, reports and actions, and the same roles gate what Varza Ⅰ can read on their behalf.
Create a workspace, import a chart of accounts and post a document. The ledger underneath is the same one that will carry you at ten times the size.
