RTL is not a stylesheet. Building financial software that reads correctly in English, German, Persian and Arabic changes the data model, not just the layout.
Logical CSS properties get you a layout that flips. They do not get you a fiscal year that starts in Farvardin, numerals that match the reader’s locale, or terminology where the local term is the correct one rather than a translation of the English.
The word an Iranian accountant uses for a document type is not always the literal translation of the English name, and using the translation makes the software feel foreign to the person who has to defend the numbers. That is a content problem with a data model attached.
Most business software records events and reconstructs the accounting later. Varza does it the other way round, and that decision shapes everything above it.
